To achieve the fullness of our inner spirit allowing it to express as us in a limited physical form, it is necessary that we achieve a certain purity of thought. It is a vital part of the ascension process to cleanse our inner parts so to speak. We are required to have thoughts that are pure enough to change and heal what is needed. My first book, Circle of Light, was published in 1982 under a different last name. Last night, I was prompted to look inside. There is a very powerful poem called 'What is Purity'? It says it all. What is interesting about that book is the fact that people were not serious about soul evolution twenty-seven years ago as much as they are today. There are always some souls who will serious strive to be in the flesh what they are in the spirit but back then they appeared to be rare. I may edit and republish the book.
Deep down, we actually know what we need to know in the important areas of spirituality but often do not pay attention, are lazy or do not attempt to remember. It is possible to release false programming without going through rebirthing sessions, regressions, tapping techniques and many of the other tools out there that work like a divine vacuum cleaner. For instance, a man contacted me through email who is a total stranger but yet he trusted my consciousness and is sincere and ready to let go of his negative programming by changing his perception and reactions. He asked for an absentee healing. We made an appointment and the Holy Spirit, the Sacred Energy of Love, swept him clean, so to speak, even though he lives in another state. Now it is up to him to guard his six senses and pay attention to what he feels, says and does so he does not pick up any new negative baggage. It is possible to be inwardly healed if you have the right intention, trust and belief. Many people who offer healing energy work can easily project healing power to other people but do not apply to their own physical or subtle bodies. Actually, honoring others before honoring your Self is putting the cart before the horse.
If we change our spectral perception and enlarge our inner rhythm, we can do anything. Some people demand or think that everything must be done in that instant. There is more to creating than realized and a timing factor as well as our readiness definitely is part of the equation. Humans have lost their original knowledge and awareness of what IS. We are gradually restoring that awareness...thank God!

Do You Have An Adequate Supply of the Food of Happiness?
When we consciously walk in the Light, it is possible to experience actual happiness and in special moments...bliss. Whether we know it or not, we are all looking for happiness. It is a ceaseless search for our authentic being. When we are at peace with the world, and ourselves, happiness and even bliss are more likely to be experienced. It is our essential nature. The ideal for our soul evolution is to find the bliss of the Divine in our everyday life. What is greater or more powerful than to work consciously with Light?
In my opinion, we must first find genuine happiness. Eventually, happiness will lead to bliss and a universe that is magical. If we do not have personal happiness, it is because we have not full restored order and balance in our own lives. Once the balance is restored, it is possible to actually rejoice in our activities regardless of how mundane. We seem to be able to do them effortlessly with grace. Interesting...as I wrote the previous sentence a high Celestial note played in my left receiving ear. How can we have joy or happiness if we are not linked to the Divine? This is one explanation for the ongoing misery rampant on planet earth.
Happiness is the immortal nectar sought by the yogic alchemists. To remain nourished, we need an adequate supply of the food of happiness. Perhaps, more of us need to eat and drink light, the primordial food of the universe. One method is to do this through the Sun, a magnificent power symbol for the Celestial Light. The ego is the ultimate black hole. It sucks in light but emits none. The sun is the opposite of the ego. It continually offers life.
Sometimes, we obstruct our own happiness when we are overly critical of the patterns we have created and how we project ourselves. Harsh self-judgment or otherwise, invites negative intruders. Those of us who are seriously on the path of Self-discovery or soul healing tend to be overly critical of our behavior. Self-analysis is required for soul growth but we need to be kind and not over indulge in self-criticism. It can work against our purpose. When we have chosen to be actively involved in helpfulness toward others, we must also be wise and remember simplicity. It is very important to take time out whether it is for only a few hours or days. To remain balanced, we must allow our energies to recuperate. We have freely given to others; our nervous system demands that we give it rest. We are not designed to always be on the stage. For balance, it is necessary to also step into the 'wings'.
Increasingly, more souls are experiencing a natural and pure bliss in the crown center. The scriptural name, 'Blessed One', means the embodiment of bliss. Bliss is the delight and fulfillment of the Holy Spirit in us. To feel the bliss is like a caress of softness...a lightness that suggests the intimacy of oneness. When we are balanced and happy, it is easier to turn the mind and heart toward the higher Self within and feel the touch and presence of the Holy Breath. It is how we react when we are unhappy that is interesting to observe. To experience the Holy Spirit is to know, hear and see clearly. The awakened spiritual senses provide a means of direct communication and joy between the conscious thinking mind and the super conscious Spirit.

Why Focus on Love?
Divine Consciousness is attained through a pure and right spirit. We regain our sense of holiness when we are in harmony with the unconditional love that secretly and silently lives within. When we are aware of the Source and have an ongoing direct communication, we are able to transcend matter and its discord. The deeper our understanding and the more awakened we are to our true identity as an individualized spirit, the greater the love energy within interacts with the love energy without. Love is what motivates a true teacher and healer of souls. Love for the One, That which is Indescribable, yet felt deeply, is where true freedom and joy begins.
The greater our effort to perfect the thinking part of the mind, respect the body temple and overcome the ego-personality, the greater the influx of the light of God flowing through us. For us to be truly effective, it requires a constant vigilance so we are not pulled in by collective mesmerism and suffering. A healer can only give according to the degree of his or her own level of purity and illumination. There are many different forms of healing and healers. The consciousness of both the giver and the receiver determine manifestation.
To experience the intimacy of divine love is indeed the sweetest power imaginable. To feel the inexpressible, the awesome, personal and embracing touch of holiness transforms consciousness and makes us feel whole again. To be a true healer, it is necessary to heal our self. When the heart is open to forgiveness, the grace of the Holy Spirit touches us. This holiness is all Power and Presence: It is love. People today refer to the Divine as energy in order to reach the uninitiated. The Divine is energy but it is beyond left brain thinking. It is unlimited, supreme and a sublime form of love that takes one's breath away. Yes, it lives as us. The greater our love for It, the greater our effectiveness in healing ourselves and those who are open to receiving it.

The Sweetness of Healing
The majority of events that manifest in our lives were first an idea, a thought. I would wager that most people have some form of guilt lurking in the subconscious part of the mind. We have heard about a fall in consciousness described in the Bible. If we accept this teaching without fully understanding it, a sense of unworthiness may influence the good that we deserve. From my inner understanding, the fall of consciousness has more than one meaning. First, it was the choice of intelligence in the subtle worlds to descend and experience matter. Second, every time that we do something to harm our self or other life, it is a step downward, a diminishing of our light. Not understanding this subject creates a veil that will frequently prevent an individual from being healed or helped in a much needed way.
A true healing comes with an understanding that we are in essence... holy. There is no major spiritual growth if the emphasis in healing is strictly on the removal of a physical-emotional-mental problem. We may receive a bandage, temporary comfort, but it the cause behind an affliction that must be addressed. The cause can occur either during this life experience, the womb or prior to the womb. Illumination and conscious oneness existing in the flesh is our purpose in being here on earth. Compassion and grace heals many a broken heart, mind and body. I know through experience that a hereditary weakness can be overcome. I know that when we forgive our self and others, we can be healed. It is necessary to clear out all the dark corners of the mind.
I love the Holy Spirit. It is the comforter, Light in action. When the heart is changed and a lesson learned, we may experience the healing grace of the Holy Spirit. A bestowal blessing of Grace is offered to the afflicted and he/she is released of the hindrance. The body is a temporary vehicle, actually a temple. It's real purpose is to serve the inner spirit. To experience the love and comfort of holiness is beyond amazing. The feeling is awesome, personal and transforms the consciousness of all that are touched by it. In my opinion, the only true healing is the healing of the mind and soul, which liberates the spirit. It is also true that we cannot separate the fragrance from the flower. The ideal is to experience a healing in both the mind and the body. It is then that the healing is permanent.
