You are the Light of the World

Spiritual Light has been a visible activity during most of my life. It is of primary interest. It is thanks to the Sacred Light that we grow into spiritual maturity. What I share, I live. I urge you to learn to understand it and use it. Concentrate on heavenly light and you will refine your perceptions and be able to work great transformations in your self and be a wonderful aid to others. The first results working with the Light are with your self. Light will elevate and ennoble you and you will be bound to have a favorable influence on others. When you concentrate on Light, picture the Light of the Sun...brilliant, white and dazzling.

Become a conscious personal conduit of sacred Light. Learn how to use it for the good of all. It is then we return to the conditions that existed before we descended into matter, which could always be explained as a fall in consciousness. Stand tall with dignity. You are magnificent. Divine Light is to be used by disciplined, selfless and loving souls. The more you use the Light whether through sound or thought, the more power you will have to share with others. Before you meditate, visualize the celestial Light, fire, grace filling your chakras/energy centers, mind and emotions and you will begin to transform. The living manner of the circulation of heavenly Light has one meaning: to live mingling with the world and yet in harmony with Light. In your meditations, send the peace and understanding felt in the Light outward...

"Jesus said, 'I am the light of the world'. But in the Sermon on the Mount he also said to his followers, 'You are the light of the world'. So, what he said for himself, he also said for us.

Practical Techniques in Mental Healings

True prayer is an art. You must ask believing. Your mind moves from the thought to the thing. Unless there is first an image in the mind, guess what? There would be nothing for it to move toward. Prayer is a mental act and with emotion and focus the power from your subconscious will play upon it and make it productive. The easiest and most obvious way to formulate an idea is to visualize it, to see it in your mind's eye as vividly as it were alive. Remember, you are a builder. A builder visualizes the type of building he wants. This is a wonderful tool to use while you are waiting to offer a presentation. See the audience receptive to what you will be saying. Release the whole picture and go onto the platform.

Probably everyone has heard the Chinese saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words." By using another method called the Mental Movie you show yourself acting as though the desire is accomplished. See an imaginary scene and yourself as the actor in the scene. Feel the reality of it all. Dramatize the mental movie until you feel satisfied that this picture was being conveyed to your subconscious mind. This is a good 'play' to create before falling asleep. With the economy as it is, why not see yourself with a check written out to you for a large sum of money and feel the gratitude and happiness in being the recipient of good fortune.

Another technique is to condense your idea which is the object of suggestion to either a brief phrase or word and simply repeat it over and over again throughout the day. Many people need harmony in their environment. As an example, repeat a simple phrase such as, "It is finished in Divine Order." You are stating that Infinite Intelligence is already operating or has operated in the subconscious and is bringing the much desired adjustment through the principle of harmony. It was finished statement must be said with conviction. Have you had enough of a situation or a person's behavior? Try repeating this phrase silently in your mind or outloud if you are alone.

Descending Souls & Belief

Do you ever ask yourself the question as to why you are living here on earth? From my understanding desire is the motivator. The desire is to personally experience energy from the highest vibration to the lowest. What you believe, imagine, expect will eventually become reality. Every one's energy and intent differs, thus realities differ. Two souls cannot really be compared. You are not who you think you are. Nothing is as you have been conditioned to believe. There is neither a Father-Mother God figure who judges you as movies sometime portray nor is there a karmic board who decides your future. Your consciousness determines your future. Belief systems and your thoughts and actions create current and future events.

You have a will. When individual will is surrendered or merged with the will of God, the Light of the Universe, wisdom and unconditional love, everything takes on a different vibration. Harmony is created because outlook will expand and mind ascend above the differences and distinctions, which divide human beings from the truth of their inherent nature. Spirit and emanation of light is that nature. Keenly observe life and live it from an expanded heart and a mind free of limitations. A good beginning is to assume you know nothing.

Souls project into matter not because they are bad. Desire to experience matter, the five and sixth senses and to renew attachments is a major reason for life in matter. There are souls who desire to heal the past and create a future where they can eventually experience a 'heaven' consciousness while in a physical body. When the desire is satiated, it may choose never to return to matter as we know it. Elevated and awakened souls experience Light and Celestial visions while entrapped in matter. It is their conscious and visual link to the higher vibrations of Light that sustain them more than physical desire. It is a personal intimacy with the Divine that embraces love, providing the wisdom and strength required as they watch entrapped souls filled with despair all around them.
