Another View

It has been said by many mystics that God is free of all names and void of all forms but...I disagree regarding the form. Meaning, if God is in All, that Power and Presence is in form whether than form be visible or invisible. A recent survey showed that 84 percent of people asked about heavenly intervention say they believe in miracles. Some attribute miracles to Jesus and the Holy Spirit or angels and saints, deceased relatives and invisible beings. We do live in a universe of infinite possibilities and high probabilities. Weird things do happen every day. When something miraculous occurs most people hopefully claim the special happening as God caring and stepping in to help although the event broke the laws of nature.

What I am referring to has nothing to do with psychic preoccupations which deals with the sixth sense, a developed and focused mind but with a genuine spirituality. Man has always had the power within to realize a mystic union, a direct awareness of something extraordinary going on that involves the Unseen. Every so often, that Unseen becomes seen. The invisible helpers become obvious to our senses. In my latest book, Be-Embracing the Mystery, you can read for yourself many of the strange and yet wonderful Godlike experiences that have been an integral part of my life. There is one proof after another that another Source, power, presence or energy is taking care of me in a rather amazing way. What is this energy?

The incomprehensible energy could be invisible guides, former relatives or strangers who enjoy serving in this capacity, masters or angels cooperating with the higher part of who I am to literally save me from extinction and remove inconveniences along the path. It is the energy of what we call God or Spirit in these invisible friends helping us not some Absolute, Impersonal and Nameless Creator Power. It is God being personal. We also can call on the Impersonal Holy Creative Spirit to heal and help. I have always thought of this Sublime Energy as my best friend although it is definitely more impersonal than an intelligent entity helping out. The multiplicity came out of the One. We have proof that God, the One, exists through our intimate relationship with the many. The outcomes of our relationship with the multiplicity representing God in matter is our evidence.

Tell Me About Freedom

First, get deeply in touch with your spirit, the feeling and knowing who you really are. As I said before, this works for a chosen ideal, healing and a manifestation in matter regardless of the form you choose. Feeling is faith that it is already so. It is a good assumption that leads to a lasting freedom. Instead of believing in an amazing Presence solely outside of yourself, believe that you are the amazing Presence expressing through your mind and body.

We must discipline ourselves to think in a new way. The new way is the feeling of being the one we want to be and that we will be if we train ourselves to remember. These are all great suggestions but we must daily practice them to create a reality of freedom. The proof is in our assuming the reality we desire is already manifested. It is of course. It is in mind and emotions first and finally becomes visible in the world of matter. Consciousness is the cause and manifestation is the effect. There are countless ways to realize freedom. What we must do is remember and use them.

I know it can be difficult at times to look at our behavior and fully accept that God and humans, spirit and matter, the formless and formed are all one and the same. The difference lies is that we have limited ourselves through erroneous conditioning.
So, to experience true freedom we must remove the conditioning from our consciousness and God is revealed.

Summary

Karma, both positive and negative, eventually exhausts its self. I suggest you stop focusing on negative effects. Instead, send the effects love and release them. If you are not aware of past harmful thoughts, words and actions, ask in prayer and meditation that the past be healed and negative influences removed.

It is a good discipline to pay attention to everything you project out into the world. What you project reflects the past and creates the future. To exercise self-mastery, we must make an effort to stop old patterns that have proven to hold us back from being fully God-realized. If a thought or activity obviously works against enlightenment, remove it. Keep asking for purification. To be cleansed of harmful energy clears the way towards joy and the freedom we desire. Love your Higher Self more as well as forgiving the lower self and others. How can you really love other people and nature if you do not genuinely love your own divinity?

Make a conscious decision to live from the highest part of your mind and heart. Accept and realize that the 'front door' method is to claim your spiritual identity, embrace and live it. You will be surprised how acceptance and love of Self removes tension, negative effects and frees you from bondage. Understand the hidden truth that society is programmed by a death wish. God does not bring separation, unease, sickness and death to us, we do.

There is a quote in the Bible that states, "God is not willing for any to perish, but that all should come to a knowledge of repentance". Repentance means to change our mind. To claim our divinity is the first step. The fact that souls are being healed on every level is our proof.
