A Seven Year Cycle of Planetary Change

The Vedic teachings according to Robert E. Cox, a Vedic philosopher and researcher, indicate that an eighty-four month period is the primary time frame for the destruction and eventual transformation to take place. Forty-two months, beginning last June 9th leading to December 21, 2012 and another 42 months following that date. Many of the ancient sages and seers foresaw the ultimate transformation through their powers of intuitive vision. Many of us who are not so ancient periodically experience visions suggesting what may happen on earth during this time period. I have always felt that we have a choice regarding our personal involvement and the severity of the times. What we are viewing on television and new movies ready to be released on this subject only show the horror and the fear experienced by humanity.

The natural disasters and other changes actually serve a positive purpose. Removing security on any level serves the purpose in destroying the massive collective Ego that has ruled for 13,000 years. Many who are on earth right now will witness the greatest transformation that has ever occurred in recorded history. According to Prof. Cox and his Vedic interpretations, the coming Golden Age is different from previous Golden Ages. I will explain more about this point later.

All transformations in Nature involve a process of both destruction and creation. Reason informs us of this truth. The Greek term "apocalypse" literally means, "lifting the veil." The veil that is about to be lifted is the dark veil of spiritual ignorance that has largely covered the human spirit for the last few thousand years. The veil is the Ego/personality, an age-old enemy within who is but a shadow of our True Self. How do we diminish the Ego? One way is being forced to lose what is important to us such as a job, home, money, an important relationship, position or standing in a bread line. Losing possessions and a secure routine definitely humbles the Ego. Losing health and wealth in order to discover and strengthen the inner wealth and achieve a balance between body, mind and soul sounds extreme but sometimes it is necessary to jolt humanity into a higher understanding and spirituality.

The Philosopher's Stone

I have always been very impressed with the consciousness of the Bulgarian spiritual teacher Omraam Mikhael Ainvanhov. He was the kind of soul who instills in us a great love for life, courage and hope. Our souls have an ancient connection. Although he is no longer in the body, I have seen and felt his presence in his Diamond Body, the body of the Celestial Plane. His teachings began in 1938 and the subject matter found in his many books is timeless. He was adamant about change. Omraam taught that we must make universal brotherhood, universal harmony, our goal, and put all the means at our disposal, our qualities, faculties, talents, strength and energy, to work toward that end. I agree. This is how the problems of mankind may be resolved.

Omraam taught that each time you make use of light and heat, each time you act with wisdom and love, you form the philosopher's stone inside you, which transmutes all matter into gold. and that's when you become a true alchemist. So you do not have to look for the philosopher's stone anywhere other than inside yourself. There is no philosopher's stone more powerful than the spirit. The day you attain that state of consciousness where you feel your spirit, your higher Self, is an immortal, eternal principle, and indestructible entity travelling through space and penetrating every place, you will understand there is nothing more important than to use this power to work on matter. I am speaking of your own matter, to purify it, vivify it and enliven it.

The philosopher's stone is this spiritual quintessence which transform everything into gold, into light, in yourself first of all but also in all the creatures around you. When our focus is on radiant light, all the creatures around us benefit, all things increase and multiply. This is the sublime dimension of the philosopher's stone. A New Age?

Changes are happening on every level. We just don't all of a sudden wake up and find ourselves living in a Golden Age. We are in the transition period and will be for some time. Our job right now is to stay awake, clean up our act, empower ourselves and take positive action. Carefully watch the media, other people or events that try to sway or manipulate inner feelings that you know are intuitively correct. It is our job to listen to our inner guidance and not be tempted along a path that is not in the best interest of soul evolution.

Ideally, you will desire to take positive action and do everything to enlighten your own mind as you are likely to be tested and tried over and over again. There are people, organizations, powerful energies in our world that are in opposition to the Light and the dream to move forward. The great need is for unity and not division. It is time to return to oneness, dignity and fairness. The more Light that you bring in through your love for truth, the more others may try to fool or catch you off guard thus dampening any enthusiasm and real joy you hold in your heart for soul progression and true freedom.

As we collectively return to a state of mind and heart of unity, the world around us will appear as crumbling. This is how it must be to open the way for the new consciousness. It is important that you strengthen your mind, emotions and actions achieving balance as well as clearly understanding what is actually behind the changes. Like Jesus said, "We cannot put new wine into old bottles".
