Service can be offered in many different ways. To really serve, you must slay selfishness and gradually overcome the lower material aspects. In other words, get out of the cellar and climb several levels. One way to serve is to face and burn up your lower karmic aspects. You would be serving your higher Self, the innate royalty. If you insist on right action in your activities, you build a temple, force field, with a very strong foundation. This is another form of service. If you would free yourself from the materialistic prison devised to enslave you, you would serve. If you learn to detach from your own petty worries, you would serve. If you would enjoy better health, you would serve the body, mind and soul.
If you would genuinely prepare your self to receive more radiant Light and create a better world, you would serve. If you would remain true and consistent to your inner self, you would serve. When we do not learn how to do these things, we set limits upon the rebirth process. When you eat, why not look at it as an offering to the God within you? The healthier your body, the more control you gain, the more you will bathe in the Light of the Pure Spirit. Deliberately break away from your own troubles by helping the suffering of others...but watch the emotionalism aspect of this. Regardless of the nonsense going on around you, walk with head held high. It is a battle because all of us are walking in the midst of many levels of soul evolution simultaneously living in matter, all here and at the same time.
Kill possessiveness; it does not serve the soul. Transmute selfishness into service for others. You will be enlightened, practicing true selfless love and the chakra jewels in your higher energy fields will pour inspiration through you. Service is the result of applied spiritual logic; it is love in practical action. Not only will your inner Self benefit and enlightenment emerge, you will be recognizing and serving the God in others. Have a healing weekend~

Feeling of Reality
Feed your mind with positive assumptions. Presume your desire is true. Feel it. Remember, to change events in our third dimensional world, we must first change them in the fourth dimensional reality. Time is one way we can measure the arrival of a fourth dimensional object or experience. Change is also a characteristic of the fourth dimension. Imagine your desire as a living energy.
The third dimensional world is really a shadow of a more fundamental and dimensionally larger world. You can prove what I am writing about by focusing your attention on an invisible state and imagining that you see and feel it. If you really concentrate, your present environment fades and you will become aware of a larger world where the object or desire of your heart will be observed as a concrete reality. Shamans practice this knowledge. It is a form of time travel as well.
When we explore our inner mind, time and space are altered. To change our physical lives, we need not only to be aware of the world of matter, which is limited, we must awaken to a new way of thinking and feeling in the world of infinite possibilities and perceive with our spiritual senses. The two compliment each other. The more we exercise our spiritual senses and the invisible, the greater the benefits we experience in the world of the physical senses and visible.

Benefits of breathwork and meditation
I am so pleased that some doctors, hospitals and wellness clinics have been gradually introducing meditation as part of the rehabilitation process. Hopefully, the patients will continue to use this provable and preventative method to help themselves recover health and visible wholeness. Meditation has been documented as a very effective tool for cancer patients. The benefits mentally, emotionally and physically are astounding. Visualization techniques are commonly used as well.
Before meditating, you might try a series of conscious breathing exercises to center your intention on your goal. It is an organic way of healing the self. The benefits actually release stress and tension, builds energy and endurance, contributes to emotional mastery, prevents and heals in many cases physical problems. It is similar to building a personal energy generator that will work for you if you keep it maintained. Seventy per cent of our body toxins are discharged through breathing. Meditation contributes to graceful aging. It also manages pain both emotional and physical. Another plus is that meditation enchances mental concentration, physical performance and definitely facilitates psycho-spiritual transformation.
Both consciously focusing on your breath and daily meditation are very ancient methods of healing. These ancient and priceless methods work wonders with persistence. Being personally blessed as a healing channel, I always suggest to others that they, too, with effort and love can honor the complete package they call Self, experience visions of Light, celestial beings, increase the power of intuition and be able to heal. Developing passion is necessary to assist your desire to take charge and transform. I normally advise conscious breathing, meditation, contemplation and periods of solitude. By taking charge of our lower animal nature, we can contribute and sustain our own healing through changing our thoughts, patterns, being willing to try new and proven modalities. None of the suggestions are new. People of all walks of life have been practicing them for thousands of years. It is up to you to make a decision and then exercise discipline and love towards your personality as it struggles to achieve self-mastery and freedom.
