To Understand a Condition Become a Master of It

Our individual free will determines everything. Remind yourself periodically that no experience, urge, environment, or person is greater than your own will. For you to attain personal awareness, you have to stay with your intent. If you don't, hard lessons repeat themselves over and over again until they are learned. The quality of your life today is totally dependent on the choices you make and how you interact with others. Once the truth of this sinks in, you will no longer be stuck in time, a feeling that comes with ongoing repetition. Depending on the choices you make, you are led to a new crossroad and another set of possible experiences. The crossroads are cycles that provide possible development. It is always up to you. Outcome is always dependent on our choices. You do not have to be dependent on an existing pattern that is negative.

Wouldn't it be satisfying to create new patterns that fit our ideal? Nothing happens by chance. We write our book of life by the way we use truth, knowledge, wisdom and our dealings with people and challenges. Our soul history, Akashic Record, is a blueprint. It shows up in our fingerprints, blood type, astrology, iridology, the enneagram, numerology, dreams, self-hypnosis, personal imaginings and more. It probably is in our DNA. All the aspects of our life appear as a "hologram". Each piece contains the whole. Our personal aura is a manifestation of our soul history.It reflects our health and displays our moral stature. It is like a weather vane of the soul.

What we do in any given situation is prompted or brought into manifestation through our soul record. Even when we physically die, we leave an energy impression of our aura that can be accessed by a sensitive. Energy fields are emitted by everything including cities. Haven't you ever flown into a city and once you walk on the ground say to your self...'I do not like the energy'? The reaction can be just the opposite. I remember landing in a small city in Mexico knowing immediately I had been there before and the feeling was actually jubilant. The point I am attempting to make is that there are unseen forces which impact individual consciousness. Many of these forces consist of energy we have created in the past. The stronger our control of our feelings and choices, the less we will be influenced in a negative way or forced to repeat the unpleasant. We meet ourselves every day through the very impressions we have created in the universe's database. Understanding how impulses work, meaning continue to live, we can use tools such as meditation, prayer and chanting and make new choices and patterns and record a new film of time and space.

The Time Has Come

To be certain of our spiritual identity and to be able to actually live it, we must be willing to empty ourselves of everything that works against the purpose of our soul. There is only One Source. To become conscious of the Real meaning of life and to interact with the One Source, we are required to be simple and trusting as a child. Are you ready to do this? How many years, books, lectures and experiences do you require before you empty the lower nature of its distractions and conditioning?

The time has come for us to comprehend more of the Divine Idea and vibrate, think and feel from our Higher Nature. Why continue to search outside of our consciousness? The crazy part of this whole creation puzzle is that the piece called our consciousness is actually a focal point of the One Mind. If more of us really grasped the truth that it is impossible to breathe, create and live without the Higher Nature being in us, the world would certainly be a lovely place to visit.

We are what we believe we are. Why not believe in a higher version of who we are and stop the false belief of separation once and for all? Why keep fighting the obvious? Why keep repeating mistakes and pretend we are something that we are not?
Repetition can be a useless waste of time, words, feelings and action. Why not finally accept our spirit identity right now and hold onto it throughout the new year? We have many gifts. What do we do with the gifts? We may express beautiful truths and even be blessed with the power of healing but the only true art is the acceptance of one's spirit identity and seeing clearly.

Unlocking the Mystery

The third chapter of Pantanjali Sutras is called the Siddhis section. It consists of 54 out of the 195 sutras that reveal what we need to unlock the mystery of who we are. And the process that is offered is a very simple one called self-observation. My intent is to help willing souls reach self-understanding. Self-understanding helps us break the bonds of conditioning. It leads to a state of oneness with life, a union with God and finally our destination, a state of perfection while living in the flesh.

We must use the tools that have been given to us and extract the understanding necessary to reach a state of self-understanding. For an example , working with mantras will accelerate the evolution of the soul. Yes, there are spiritual powers gained as we become more enlightened. Although very convenient, Powers are not the goal. Why? They can become detriments if we become attached to them. It is the ego who desires power in order to expand itself. If we can use powers without losing our state of balance, they will work for the good of all who experience them.

The ideal is to remove all the obstacles to our spiritual growth and joy. Even when we have psychic and spiritual powers, we are not necessarily enlightened. It is simply a fact that we have added another aspect or attachment to our self-image. In other words, the attainment becomes part of our ego. Many people place their focus on becoming this or becoming that. Becoming is part of the human measuring time routine. We may feel insufficient. Insufficiency's will spur us on to become better than what we judge we are. Actually, fear of lack and limitation is the barrier to self-awareness. Most people are fearful of both life and death and do not yet comprehend what real love actually is. They desire it as a form of self-centeredness under the guise of pleasure, security and a need fulfilled.

Deliberately Creating

Manifestations of desires are not as likely to appear if they are only from the point of intellect. The more your heart feels your dream passionately and with purpose the greater the possibility of a good outcome. Learn to not limit your imagination and instead live from the consciousness of mind where you believe and live in the realm of infinite possibilities. Deliberately break any sense of limitation and in confidence change your life to reflect how you really feel.

When we are pessimistic and stay in the box, so to speak, we freeze reality. Tomorrow never really comes so why not manifest what your soul desires now? Do you ever ask your self why you are waiting for something to change for the better? Since time is a human concept, we measure our lives constantly. Why not go beyond restrictions? Make a new commitment to a different kind of thinking. Being an awakened spiritual being means to be active, positive, unlimited, loving, trusting, determined, passionate, understanding and yes, joyful. Remember to wish good things for your self and others.

There are some philosophies and religious beliefs that discourage desire. I don't discourage desire. What is good is to develop the right desire which is to become divinely conscious. If you have a good desire, do everything possible to manifest it. Why not use spiritual principles which include good desire to enhance your practical life here on earth? Why not be the best that we can be?
