Do You Live Primarily in the World Without or World Within?

Everything that we find in our world of expression has been created by us in the inner world of the mind consciously or unconsciously. We need knowledge regarding the sensitivity of the subconscious to thought. Most of the great scientists, artists, poets, singers, writers, and inventors have a deep understanding of the workings of the conscious and subconscious part of the mind. Your subconscious mind takes the orders we give it based upon what the conscious mind believes and accepts as true. With the economy the way it is, be very careful about negative programming in this area because the subconscious will back you up 100%. The subconscious works twenty-four hours a day providing us with the fruits of our habitual thinking.

The subconscious has the answer to all problems. You can tell it to wake you up at a certain time. It can build and heal your body by giving it instructions just before you go to sleep at night. It is a faithful servant. Every thought is a cause and every condition is an effect. Convey to your subconscious what you desire to create or draw to you and it will respond accordingly. You have to give it orders and it will act on them. So, please do not say "I can't do this." We actually can do all things through the power of the subconscious mind. That would be a good mantra to repeat. Do not believe in things that may harm or hurt you. Instead, believe in the power of the subconscious to heal, inspire, strengthen and prosper you. Guard your thoughts, change them, and you can change your destiny.

We think with the conscious mind and whatever we habitually think sinks down into the subconscious part, which creates according to the nature of our thoughts. The subconscious is powerful because it is the seat of our emotions and actually is the creative mind. If you think positive thoughts, good will follow; negative, negative will follow. What you need to always remember is that once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to execute it. The law is neutral. It can be applied to negative experiences or positive ones through our habitual thinking. Whatever you claim mentally and feel as true, the subconscious part of the mind will accept and bring forth the experience. Give a command to your subconscious and it will faithfully reproduce the idea impressed upon it. What happens is that impressions are made in the brain cells. As soon as your subconscious accepts any idea, it proceeds to put it into effect immediately. This is why, EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, tapping on the body at specific points will get the attention of the subconscious encouraging it to act and act now.

Real Desires of the Heart

Where do real desires come from? Although the Absolute doesn't need anything, desire occurs because that is the way the Creator expresses Self. Desire is a thought. Thinking causes action and eventually there is a result. It is impossible for the human mind to see or comprehend the Absolute but we can grasp the meaning of desires.

Looking at a desire of the heart as an idea implanted in our mind from a higher power is one way of understanding the Divine Self or the Absolute. This is how the Sublime Mind, the Creator, manifests purpose in matter. Pure desires, desires that encourage and build consciousness are actually coming forth from the will of God and expressing through us. If the pure desire comes from the One Source by its very nature it will be fulfilled.

Now isn't it possible that as we become more God focused and balanced that our desires would be of a like minded energy? If so, wouldn't our selfless desire be filled with the Divine Life Substance, a pure consciousness? We would be able to create thought forms that will solidify into a material form. In that case, the visible and tangible form created by our desire would be a living essence of the Divine.

Stop Creating Images of Others

A good example is the individual who sees himself as a great guru or teacher. He may see devotion and awe in those around him. This is his interpretation and not necessarily true. Another example is a person who is paranoid. He will find hostility and potential threats in people's actions and form images of them as menacing and aggressive. People generally interpret the actions and words of those around them according to their own self-image. We do this because other's actions and words have significance to us only to the extent that they effect us. I am speaking of people who are not yet balanced or full enlightened. This means they are primarily lower self-centered, not spirit or higher Self centered. They are only concerned about themselves. The average person is mostly interested in how others treat them. The image that they create of others is in reality a projection of them. What we relate to is the image we have created or clothed another in. Very interesting.

This process is a form of constantly reading other's minds. Anticipating what a spouse will request or certain looks on people's face may make you feel you really know what they are thinking. We are seeing images, not people, because we have created these images. How can we know another while we create images as barriers to knowing? Stop the insane process of creating images of others. The ideal is to allow the mystery of every person to unfold without anticipation and second guessing.

Taking Action

I am reviewing the strong points for meditating because meditation will enable you to more effectively use energy. Positive action such as chanting will also transform negatives into positives. Instead of blissing out and feeling peaceful, use that state of being to create through deliberately directly thought and energy. Use the power for good. It is possible to heal not only your self but to change your life by choosing to daily meditate, chant and create. With determination, discipline, knowledge and the right tools, you can be a conscious creator and bring forth what is important to your happiness, health and prosperity.

Try working with sound. The great Immortal Yogi, Babaji, tells us the goal of a mantra is always the Higher Self, the inner guru. The guru brings light into darkness. An excellent suggestion to do before you meditate or when you feel stressed is alternate nostril breathing. Inhale through your right nostril and exhale through the left. Then inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the right. Each set begins on the right side. Do nine sets. When one side is open, the other side is closed. After you are centered, chant Om or Om Nama Shi Va Ya or another mantra for 10 minutes or 108 times. A sound tool such as a mantra creates a state of mind that heals.

The third step is to deliberately work with energy. Visualize what it is that you would like to transform in your life and go about the creative process with love and clarity. Tomorrow, I will offer a few suggestions. It is obvious that everyone is now experiencing the changes that have been predicted. Take creative action so you can remain balanced in the midst of possible chaos. If you take charge of your own state of mind, the Radiant Light both within and without will become more obvious in the days, months and years ahead.

A Conscious Creator

First, you must accept the idea that you can create beyond your understanding of what creation means to you. Start with an idea, an urge, a desire or a word. By choosing and thinking about it, you give it birth. Now, you must give birth to a second step and that is the importance of feeling. Then, your consciousness must join the idea with the feeling. The end result is the confirmation, which is the visible proof that you know the secret of creation.

Some teachers call the joining together of an idea with a passion or feeling the mystical marriage. It produces a likeness of itself. It is a passionate feeling that creates. Feeling serves the idea and brings forth the actualization. It is an art, a trust, an awakened imagination that will make the unseen desire visible. Once you are convinced that you are a creator, you are awakened to the truth of your being.

Establish your own consciousness of being, name something that you would like to possess or express defining your ideal or objective. Then, close your eyes and feel you already have it. Feeling is the secret of your being a conscious creator. Once you really get what I am conveying, you will be filled with joy. You are then a true server of the Light as you bring goodness into manifestation.
